Strength Training
Besides increasing muscle size and strength, research shows strength training also can help slow down the loss of bone density and mass and improve mobility. Our strength training follows a 3-day linear progression training method using compound movements (Squats, Bench and Deadlifts); along with specific/non-specific assistance movements. Classes are with a small group and led by an experienced/certified coach who will help you set up equipment, teach you the right lifting form and modify exercises for any restrictions or fitness levels.
Dynamic Condition and Tone
These Fun and challenging 45–60-minute workouts are to build lean muscle, functional strength, endurance and burn fat. Workouts combine strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises and cardio using battle ropes, slam balls and other equipment. Classes are with a small group and led by an experienced/certified coach who will teach you the right lifting form and modify the intensity of exercises for any restrictions or fitness levels.
Muscles and Mobility
This light intensity class incorporates Traditional strength and Yoga and Pilates inspired movements/exercises using body weight, bands, and dumbbells to increase mobility and muscle strength. Classes are with a small group and led by an experienced/certified coach who will teach you the right lifting form and modify the intensity of exercises for any restrictions or fitness levels.
Kids General Physical Practice
The General Physical Practice program is designed to introduce children to a broad range of physical activities that promote overall health and fitness. This program focuses on developing basic motor skills, balance, and coordination through fun and engaging exercises. Kids will participate in activities such as running, jumping, and learn basics of Olympic and compound lifting. The program encourages kids to explore their physical capabilities while fostering a love for movement and exercise. The goal is to build a strong foundation for lifelong fitness, enhancing children's physical literacy and confidence in their abilities. This inclusive program is suitable for all children, regardless of their current fitness levels, and aims to instill a positive attitude towards a healthy, active lifestyle. Recommended for ages 8-16. Train for a maximum of two days per week.
Method Weightlifting Kids
Not your typical kid program! In this program kids learn the proper way to perform Olympic Lifts, Squats, Presses, Pulls and accessory exercises to develop strength, power, speed, flexibility and kinesthetic awareness. Whether you want to be a competitive lifter or just run faster, jump high or improve dynamic stability, weightlifting has been proven through success and backed by research. Lead by USAW Level Coach and former Team USA competitor.
Junior Athlete Develop
The Junior Athlete Development program aims to build a solid athletic foundation through a variety of drills and exercises. This program emphasizes agility, coordination, endurance, and Strength. Participants in this program engage in both General Physical Practice and Strength classes, fostering positive habits that contribute to healthy lifting. Ideal for young athletes who want to excel in team sports, this program fosters confidence and instills a lifelong passion for physical activity. Recommended for ages 12-16. Train for a maximum of 5 days per week.
Weightlifting Basic
Not intending to compete in weightlifting, but want the benefits?! This program uses Olympic Lifts, Squats, Presses, Pulls and accessory exercises . So whether you are a competitive Crossfit athlete trying to master Snatch and Clean and Jerk or gym goer looking for something different this program is designed to develop strength, power, speed, flexibility and kinesthetic awareness.
